Viola Skyes is an internationally accredited musician who is most known for her electrifying guitar work, with other credits including bass guitar, backing vocals and mandolin. Viola covers a wide range of genres including but not limited to Rock, Funk, Jazz Fusion, Metal, RnB, Blues and Country.

Hailing from Naarm (Melbourne), Viola has worked with artists and companies around Australia and beyond, working closely with their vision and her own creative input to produce world class productions year after year.

 

Musically, she is best known for her crushing rock stylings and melodic electric guitar, lending her own unique voice within a dense mix of instruments and vocalists.

Viola enjoys the challenge of working in varied fields throughout her career; from multitudes of covers and tribute artists, corporate gigs, sailing with Royal Caribbean, P&O Cruises Australia and Carnival Cruises, supporting LGBTQIA+ artists, and is recognised for her standout performances with Dracula’s Cabaret, returning for multiple seasons, as well as sold out tours all over Australia and New Zealand.
